ABOUT HOLLIS

Black Background

Hello

My name is Hollis Lyman

I specialize in neurotrauma (concussions, brain injuries), neurodegeneration (dementia), cognitive changes (post-COVID, illness), self identity, and psychological trauma (PTSD). My background in physical health, biomedical sciences, performance psychology, and trauma psychology promotes my work as a therapist who will ask about and support your: nutrition, hydration, movement, financial health, sense of self, purpose in life, and your interpretation of the world, because they are all linked.

By supporting the health of our body and our brain we can access the full abilities and power of our mind.

You are unlimited.
